Fish are
getting more and more expensive recently. The fact that chemical content in
fish feed may harm human’s body is disconcerting. What we aim to do in our
research is to discover ways that reduce the chemical content in fish feed and
increase the weight gained of the Tilapia which is popular and has good market.
We asked ourselves, what we could do to try increase the productivity and
weight of the fish. Somehow, we managed to stumble upon such an idea, that if
we could combine the commercial fish feed together with Pereskia Sacharosa sp. , we might increase the weight of the fish,
increase the percentage of survival of fish, reduce the content of chemical in
fish feed and achieve what we wanted.
